At ACT Foam & Rubber, we strive to ensure you receive the perfect materials for your home projects, offering a 30-day return window for most standard-sized products. Please note that custom-cut foam and rubber products are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our warehouse via a tracked courier; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
